Ten years ago I was in desperate need for a physio. Having suffered the second disc rupture in my back in as many years, I was living with some debilitating pain and was looking down the barrel of back surgery to try and provide some relief. From my very first call to my first appt with Mark Stonehouse I knew I was in good hands. Mark reviewed my MRI and assured me that, while surgery was needed, he could provide the support I needed to get me back on track and back to the active person I was before this all happened. It worked! For the last 10 years I have been a client at Grand River Physio where Mark not only helped me through the acute phase of my surgery, but has continued to keep me in fighting form since then. I am more active than ever and most definitely stronger than I have ever been and a great deal of credit goes to the treatment Mark has given me over the years.
